What Gauges of Yarn Do We Make?

Wheely Wooly Farm Sheep Penny and Poppy

Wheely Wooly Farm's 100% Wheelspun Yarns are flexible in terms of gauge, as naturally, all wheelspun yarns are. The skeins run from light worsted to worsted weights and some nice thick and cushy yarns that would be suitable as bulky weight. You can adapt the yarns to different needle sizes, depending on your style of knitting/crocheting, and project needs. We do not make cobweb or lace weight yarns for sale. If the yarn is a thick and cushy type, it will be labeled as such.

How can light worsted through to bulky gauge yarns be used? This range gives you a wide open field of opportunities! With the exception of very thin socks and gossamer-type projects, you can make nearly anything! We are happy to answer any questions you may have about gauge. Conveniently shop online in our web farm store and have your skeins sent directly to your doorstep or stop and see us at the farm market Saturday mornings.
